On 11/30/2007, the vessel MISS MADISON (Official Number 822943) was involved in a sank - founders (taking on water above the waterline) in 18 NM WEST OF SEAL ISLAND, NS, NOVA SCOTIA (NS).
The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On November 30 2007, at 1657 UTC, the F/V "MISS MADISON" was reported partially submerged up to the wheelhouse. The 4 POB were picked up after abandoning ship and the v/l was towed to Pubnico.
