On 8/21/2012 , the vessel NEWFOUNDLAND NAVIGATOR (Official Number 821684) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in NORTH OF GANDER, NL, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR (NL).
The vessel, with 6 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 21 August 2012, the F/V "NEWFOUNDLAND NAVIGATOR" reported a crewmember with a broken leg, 125 nm north of Gander, Newfoundland. The injured crewmember was medivaced to the Gander hospital in Newfoudland.
