On 7/14/2003 , the vessel CHRISTINA LORRAINE (Official Number 821632) was involved in a fire in 60 NM SOUTHEAST OF ILE STE PIERRE, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR (NL).

The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

The F/V "CHRISTINA LORRAINE" reported a fire in the exhaust system. After shutting down the engine and restarting, overheating recurred. After a subsequent shut down the vessel reported no overheating.
