On 7/22/2001 , the vessel HARRY & WAYNE II (Official Number 821356) was involved in a sank - flooding in 76 NM EAST OF GLACE BAY NOVA SCOTIA,.

The vessel, with 6 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was minor pollution.

This incident was officially recorded by Transport Canada on 10/11/2001. Weather at the time was reported as overcast with winds from the SW at 20.00 knots.

F/V "HARRY & WAYNE II" with 6 POB reported taking on water and unable to operate her pumps. Crew abandoned into liferaft and were later rescued by CCG vessel. No injuries sustained by crew.
