On 7/10/2003 , the vessel VITAMIN SEA IV (Official Number 818590) was involved in a grounding - under power (non-intentional) in BARRETT ROCK, PRINCE RUPERT HARBOUR, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
