On 6/22/2007 , the vessel TIGER SHARK 2 (Official Number 816197) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in VANCOUVER HARBOUR, BC, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 2 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
This incident was officially recorded by Transport Canada on 7/10/2007 . Weather at the time was reported as overcast with winds from the N at 0.00 knots.
On 22 June 2007, the tug "TIGER SHARK 2" struck the cargo carrier "STAR HANSA" which was moored alongside #1 berth Lynnterm West in Vancouver Harbour, BC. The Star Hansa suffered propeller damage and delays.
