On 5/5/2007 1, the vessel ANNIE SIMON (Official Number 815570) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in MAGDALEN ISLANDS, GULF OF ST.LAWRENCE, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. There were 1 injuries but no fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
