On 3/27/1992 , the vessel CANADIAN NAVIGATOR II (Official Number 813697) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in EAST COAST NEWFOUNDLAND.,.

The vessel, with 7 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
