The vessel, with 3 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. There were 0 injuries and fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

Vessel sustained minor damage when grounded on reef at Useless Point in Eddy Passage. Crew pumped out some of the ballast & freed the vessel & proceeded towards Prince Rupert. CCGS "POINT HENRY" met & escorted vessel to port.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as MINOR
