On 5/23/2007 , the vessel MISS ENTRY (Official Number 812554) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in OFF MAGDALEN ISLANDS, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 2 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. There were 1 injuries but no fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 23 May 2007, off the Magdalen Islands in the Gulf of St.Lawrence, a fisher on board the Miss Entry was struck by fishing tackle whilst lobster fishing. The fisher required over-night convalescence in a hospital.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as MINOR
