On 9/17/1989 , the vessel FRASER TITAN (Official Number 812309) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in OFF STEVESTON BREAKWATER, FRASER RIVER, B.C.,.
The vessel, with 16 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
