On 10/12/2002, the vessel DOXA D (Official Number 8120741) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in SOUTH SHORE CANAL, SEAWAY, QU., QUEBEC (QC).
The vessel, with 25 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

While upbound in the South Shore canal off the wharf at Cote St. Catherine, the DOXA D had engine problems and struck the TAMPICO BAY, berthed alongside. Both vessels sustained damage.
