On 6/19/2001 , the vessel TANYA JANE I (Official Number 811742) was involved in a fire in ST. MARTINS HARBOUR, NEW BRUNSWICK, NEW BRUNSWICK (NB).

The vessel, with 0 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

The F/V "TANYA JANE I" and the F/V "MISS DENETTE" were reported on fire at the St. Martins Wharf. No POB on either vessel. Emergency crews are on scene and vessels are presently sitting on the mud (low tide) awaiting a crane.
