On 8/28/2010 , the vessel BACCALIEU ENDEAVOUR (Official Number 811388) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in 160NM NE OF MUSGRAVE HBR, NL, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR (NL).

The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 28 August 2010, the F/V "BACCALIEU ENDEAVOUR" reported a broken port stabilizer 200 nm north of St. John's, Newfoundland. CCGA and CCG escorted the vessel to Musgrave Hbr. NL. Damage to the vessel was indicated as MINOR
