On 10/8/2012 , the vessel ANITA BERNARD (Official Number 811296) was involved in a risk of sinking in GULF OF ST.LAWRENCE, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.

On 08 October 2012, the F/V "ANITA BERNARD" was taking on water 20 nm off Gaspé Peninsula, Gulf of St. Lawrence, Quebec. The vessel returned safely to a port of refuge. No injury reported, pollution was observed.
