On 5/30/2002 , the vessel DARREN & DAPHNE (Official Number 801148) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in CHETICAMP, CAPE BRETON ISLAND, NOVA SCOTIA (NS).

The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

The F/V "DARREN & DAPHNE" with 4 POB struck the wharf while coming alongside. Minor damage to bow of vessel. No injuries or pollution reported.
