On 3/8/2004 1, the vessel CANMAR PRIDE (Official Number 731216) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in YAMACHICHE, LAC ST-PIERRE, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 23 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
