On 5/7/2000 1, the vessel COLOMBO BAY (Official Number 727105) was involved in a risk of striking (near allision) - risk of allision with a fixed object (striking - includes vessels) in PIER 9C HALIFAX HARBOUR NARROWS, N.S., NOVA SCOTIA (NS).
The vessel, with 24 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
