On 7/25/1989 , the vessel NANCY ORR GAUCHER (Official Number 711063) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in ALONGSIDE PIER 11, HAMILTON HARBOUR, ONTARIO.,.

The vessel, with 15 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was minor pollution.
