On 12/16/2001, the vessel SERVER (Official Number 710745) was involved in a grounding - under power (non-intentional) in CACOUNA HARBOUR, ST.LAWRENCE RIVER, QUE., QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 0 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

After unberthing, the SERVER grounded on the south breakwater in the port of Cacouna. There was no pollution and the vessel was refloated during the following rising tide.
