On 10/16/2001, the vessel LUCKY LADY (Official Number 710492) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in IROQUOIS LOCK, ONT., ONTARIO (ON).

The vessel, with 24 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
