On 7/13/2006 , the vessel STATENDAM (Official Number 706658) was involved in a risk of striking (near allision) - risk of allision with a fixed object (striking - includes vessels) in JOHNSTONE STRAIT, BC, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 576 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
