On 5/12/2017 , the vessel CHEMBULK WESTPORT (Official Number 6820) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in Vanterm berth 4, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 21 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
