On 8/30/1987 , the vessel STAR CENTAURUS (Official Number 6282) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in OCEAN WHARVES, VANCOUVER HARBOUR, B.C.,.
The vessel, with 25 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
