On 5/30/2009 , the vessel PACIFIC PRIDE (Official Number 583851) was involved in a person (crew member) physical incapacitation in VANCOUVER HARBOUR, BC, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 6 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
