On 1/17/2004 , the vessel WADI ALRAYAN (Official Number 5733) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in VANCOUVER HARBOUR, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 32 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
