On 1/12/2008 , the vessel ALEXANDERGRACHT (Official Number 5676) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in HEAD HARBOUR PASSAGE, NB, NEW BRUNSWICK (NB).
The vessel, with 15 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
