On 5/13/1984 , the vessel KUPA (Official Number 445) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in FLEUVE SAINT LAURENT-ECLUSE BEAUHARNOIS(#3),.

The vessel, with 31 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
