On 5/12/2014 , the vessel GRAND FUTURE (Official Number 4445813) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - boarding, being on board, falling overboard from the ship in Westshore Terminal No 2, Roberts Bank, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).

The vessel, with 21 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. There were 1 injuries but no fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 12 May 2014, a crew member on board the bulk carrier "GRAND FUTURE" was pulled overboard when a mooring line fell from the vessel during mooring operations at Roberts Bank, B.C.
