On 9/14/2010 , the vessel FUNDY MISTRESS (Official Number 396009) was involved in a sank - flooding in OUTSIDE PORT AU CHOIX, NL, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR (NL).

The vessel, with 5 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.

On 14 September 2010, the F/V "FUNDY MISTRESS" reported it had grounded on the shoreline near Pointe Riche Lighthouse, Port Au Choix, NL. Vessel began taking on water as tide fell requiring two pumps.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as CONSTRUCTIVE TOTAL LOSS

Weather at the time was reported as clear with winds from the SE at 8.00 knots. This incident was officially recorded by Transport Canada on 9/16/2010 .
