On 3/21/2015 , the vessel WESTERN PACIFIC (Official Number 395766) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in St John Harbour, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 5 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
