On 7/28/2004 , the vessel PRIDE OF VANCOUVER (Official Number 393490) was involved in a risk of striking (near allision) - risk of allision with a fixed object (striking - includes vessels) in VANCOUVER HARBOUR, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).

The vessel, with 10 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
