On 7/17/1995 , the vessel DELTA HARVESTER (Official Number 393479) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in OLD OCEANSIDE FLOATS, PRINCE RUPERT, B.C.,.

The vessel, with 5 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

This incident was officially recorded by Transport Canada on 9/29/1995 . Weather at the time was reported as clear.

Whilst secured alongside, fishing vessel "VIKING MARINER" was struck by departing fishing vessel "DELTA HARVESTER".
