On 7/15/2014 , the vessel D.A.R. (Official Number 393079) was involved in a total failure of any machinery or technical system in Natashquan, QC, QUEBEC (QC).

The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 15 July 2014, the FV "D.A.R." sustained a loss of propulsion in the Gulf of St. Lawrence. The CCG "CAP-AUX-MEULES" assisted the vessel by supplying spare parts. No injuries or pollution reported.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as MINOR
