On 9/24/1999 , the vessel K'SAN II (Official Number 391821) was involved in a sank - flooding in APPROX. 10 M WEST OF CAPE SCOTT, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).

The vessel, with 2 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
