On 11/9/2006 , the vessel STAR IKEBANA (Official Number 388631) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in SQUAMISH, BC, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
The vessel, with 22 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
