On 10/20/2001, the vessel ROOKIE II (THE) (Official Number 383235) was involved in a risk of striking (near allision) - risk of allision with a fixed object (striking - includes vessels) in SAND HEAD, STRAIT OF GEORGIA, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
