On 7/29/2008 , the vessel MAPLE HILL (Official Number 371811000) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in VANCOUVER HARBOUR, BC, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).

The vessel, with 20 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
