On 8/31/2011 , the vessel CANOE PASS CO-OP (Official Number 371669) was involved in a grounding - under power (non-intentional) in GUNDERSUN SLOUGH, FRASER RIVER, BC, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).

The vessel, with 4 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
