On 6/25/2001 , the vessel ADAM & SHEENA (Official Number 371338) was involved in a grounding - under power (non-intentional) in 2 NM SSE OF INGALLS HEAD, GRAND MANAN, N.B.,.

The vessel, with 0 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

This incident was officially recorded by Transport Canada on 12/6/2001 . Weather at the time was reported as fog.

The F/V "ADAM & SHEENA" was reported to have run aground on the north end of Sand Bar Ledge. Vessel was assisted and towed off the rocks by the M/V Lady White Head. No apparent damage or pollution.
