On 7/4/1988 1, the vessel ARCTIC TAGLU (Official Number 368381) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in 2 NM WEST OF LIONS GATE BRIDGE,VANCOUVER,B.C.,.
The vessel, with 5 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
