On 8/12/2002 , the vessel HI MIKE (Official Number 348818) was involved in a striking - allision with a fixed object (striking - includes berthed/docked vessels) in S. ARM FRASER RIVER, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).

The vessel, with 2 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.
