The vessel, with 2 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. There were 0 injuries and fatalities were reported, and there was minor pollution.

Fiberglass F.V. "Polaris" with 2 POB on board overturned. Both person in no immediate danger and later transferred to C/A Seatow Integrity. No pollution.. Damage to the vessel was indicated as TOTAL LOSS
