On 10/20/2012, the vessel HIDEAWAY II (Official Number 347069) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in HAIDA GWAII, BC, BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).

On 20 October 2012, the fishing vessel "HIDEAWAY II" reported a diving accident while fishing for geoduck in Rennell Sound, Haida Gwaii, BC.The crew member was sent to hospital where he was declared deceased.
