On 6/14/1989 , the vessel LIKA (Official Number 347) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in TRIPLE I PILOT STN , PRINCE RUPERT HBR, B.C.,.
The vessel, with 24 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
