On 7/15/2016 , the vessel BARGE CT 108 (Official Number 345116) was involved in a grounding - under power (non-intentional) in Mackenzie River, NT (mile 1074), NORTHWEST TERRITORIES (NT).

On 15 July 2016, the barge "CT 108", while being pushed by the tug "BOBS WELDING NO. 1", went aground on the MacKenzie River, NT at mile 1074. The barge was later refloated by the tug and continued on its voyage.
