On 4/24/2008 , the vessel BONUS (Official Number 345064) was involved in a sank - flooding in CHEBUCTO HEAD, NS, NOVA SCOTIA (NS).
The vessel, with 1 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 24 April 2008, it was reported that the lone operator of the F/V "BONUS" was rescued by another fishing vessel. The F/V "BONUS" was abandoned on the rocks and later sank.
