On 11/24/1988, the vessel SEASPAN WAVE (Official Number 330867) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in OFF POINT GREY, ENGLISH BAY,VANCOUVER HBR,B.C.,.

The vessel, with 5 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was pollution.
