On 7/5/2003 1, the vessel COOPER 411 (Official Number 327118) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - boarding, being on board, falling overboard from the ship in POINTED MOUNTAIN LANDING, LIARD RIVER, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
