On 9/8/2004 1, the vessel CHRISTINA B. (Official Number 322945) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in HENSLUNG COVE, LANGARA ISLAND, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).
