On 9/8/2004 1, the vessel CHRISTINA B. (Official Number 322945) was involved in a person seriously injured or killed - in contact with any part of the ship or its contents in HENSLUNG COVE, LANGARA ISLAND, B.C., BRITISH COLUMBIA (BC).

The vessel, with 2 persons on board, experienced the incident while engaged in regular operations. Fortunately, the ship was able to continue its voyage. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and there was none pollution.

On 08 September 2004, whilst scuba diving to free a fouled anchor, the skipper of the F/V "CHRISTINA B." became entangled in a securing line. He was freed by another diver, but later pronounced DOA at Masset Hospital.
